Sweet hands

I love this photo even more than the giant cauldron of liquid sugar cane! It is perhaps one of the best photos I have ever taken, in my opinion and I owe it all to my sister who gave me a camera for Christmas, otherwise what would I have done? The hands are the hands of my neighbor, who has lived in this area his entire life. We buy eggs from him and his wife and we also share a telephone line that permits me to upload these photos in the first place! They also give us bananas all the time. (This area is ripe with banana trees...ha ha). We baked them a banana bread for being so nice.
