Where did all the leaders go?

We need a president, not a prophet.

I wrote a really nast blog about how poorly Hurricane Katrina has been handled, but it's all been said and thought already. Why add to the anger. But, needless to say, I think we are suffering from a serious leadership vacuum in our nation. Anyone want to step up?

Missing you all and worried about my country from afar,

Lefty

The federal government's response has been criminally incompetent. Just at the moment I think the top management (?) of FEMA should be dropped into Lake Ponchartrain from high helicopters. The worst part of the non-rescue is that the feds prevented normal Americans from helping.
